Kate is an experienced litigator, appearing in jurisdictions as diverse as the Federal Court, Supreme and District courts, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Workers Compensation Tribunal and Family Court. She has an excellent knowledge of matters relating to succession planning, wills and the administration of estates, including disputed estates. Kate’s clients appreciate her professionalism, understanding and genuine commitment to protecting their interests.
